Our Return Policy

We think you will love your Mineral Ninja purchase, but just in case we offer refunds and exchanges according to the following guidelines:


Returns for Items Damaged in Shipping (Contact us within 3 business days for items damaged in shipping):

  • If your item is damaged during shipping/delivery please contact us within 3 business days so that we may contact the shipping company in regard to insurance claims. We will then contact you regarding refund and/or return options.

  • We take great care to package our specimens so that they will arrive to you in the same condition that we shipped them. Though rare, items may incur damage during shipping. If this occurs we will provide you a choice of returning the item for a full refund including shipping costs or keeping the item and receiving a partial refund.


Returns for Other Reasons (Contact us within 21days):


You may return items for any reason within 21 days of the item’s purchase date. After this time, unfortunately, you may not be offered a refund or a restocking fee may apply.

To be eligible for a full-value refund, your item must be returned in 'as-shipped' condition. Items received with damage will be offered a refund based on value of the damaged item.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is the result of an error by Mineral Ninja/Rock Decor then the original shipping charges and will be refunded and Mineral Ninja/Rock Decor will pay return charges including insurance, if applicable.

  • Otherwise, the original shipping charges incurred on your purchase are not refundable as part of your return and the return shipping and insurance charges are also the buyer’s responsibility.

Shipping Policy

Rock Decor ("we" and "us") is the operator of RockDecor.com and MineralNinja.com ("Website").


The terms below apply to orders placed through our website and are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations of service.

  1. General

    • Items seen on website are subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts, though rarely, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products, contact you regarding the items not fulfilled, and process a refund for the unfulfilled items.

  2. Shipping Cost

    • Shipping costs are calculated and during checkout. Before any payment is processed the cost of shipping will be shown, and the option to not place the order will be available.

    • Except promotional shipping rates, shipping costs are based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

  3. Handling Time

Generally, orders placed before 2 PM - PDT (UTC-07) will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next business day. We ship Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays or any other dates noted before order is placed. In these instances, we try to minimize shipment delays. International Orders may require 1-3 business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment.

  1. Transit Times

  2. Domestic shipments are generally in transit for 2 - 7 days.

  3. Orders shipped internationally are generally in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the destination and the courier you have selected. If available, we will offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.

  4. If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can inquire with the shipping company and/or conduct an investigation.

  5. 4. Tracking Information

  6. Customers will, upon dispatch, receive tracking information from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

  7. 5. P.O. Box and Military Addresses

  8. Rock Decor will ship to P.O. box and Military addresses using USPS services only. We are unable to offer services from other couriers to these locations.

  9. 6. Taxes & Duties

  10. For domestic shipments; sales tax will be applied to the price of the goods at checkout.

  11. For international shipments; any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. These fees vary by country, and Rock Decor encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices.

  12. Refusal to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country may result in the goods being returned to Rock Decor. In this instance, the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

  13. 7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

  14. For parcels damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with us. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact us. We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

  15. For lost parcels, we will process a refund as soon as the courier has determined the parcel lost.

  16. 8. Cancellations

  17. We will accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
